These FAQs answer the questions parents ask most often: the right age for each programme, how to book a visit, school timings, safety measures, how progress is shared and what snacks to send.

General questions
What age can my child join?
Play Group starts at 1.5 years, Nursery at 2.5, Junior KG at 3.5 and Senior KG at 4.5 years. Age is calculated as on 31 December of the admission year.
Can we visit before taking admission?
Of course. Book a school tour using the form or call us — you can see the classrooms, meet the teachers and ask all your questions.
What are the school timings?
Play Group runs 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Nursery 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and Junior and Senior KG 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
How do you keep children safe?
CCTV in classrooms and play areas, secure entry, pick-up only by authorised adults, background-verified staff, female helpers in every class and first-aid trained teachers.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Teachers share regular updates and photos, and we hold parent–teacher meetings every term along with a written progress summary.
Do children need to bring food?
Yes, a healthy snack from home. We share a weekly snack guide and encourage fruit, home-cooked food and no junk food or chocolates.
Programmes
About our programmes
My child cries at drop-off. Is that normal?
Yes, very. We follow a gradual settling-in plan — shorter days at first and a parent nearby if needed — and most children settle within two to three weeks.
Does my child need to be toilet trained for Play Group?
No. Our helpers support diapering and gently begin toilet-training routines along with parents.
What will my child learn in Nursery?
Language, colours, shapes, early counting, pre-writing strokes and phonic sounds — always through play, songs and hands-on activities rather than worksheets.
Do Junior KG children get homework?
Only light, playful home activities — a drawing, a rhyme to practise or something to bring for show-and-tell. We don't believe in heavy homework at this age.
Will my child be ready for Class 1 after Senior KG?
Senior KG is designed around school readiness — reading, writing, numbers, focus and independence. We also share a readiness summary with every family at the end of the year.
